Teaching Careers Panel Discussion

Considering a teaching-focused career after graduate school?
Join us for a panel discussion featuring instructors in a variety of disciplines. Panelists will share their career journeys, discuss what teaching-focused roles really look like day to day, and offer practical advice on preparing for the academic job market with a teaching emphasis. Graduate students will have the opportunity to ask questions and gain insight into how to translate their skills, experiences, and values into a fulfilling teaching career.

This workshop is part of the Career Toolkit for Graduate Students workshop series. Career Toolkit for Graduate Students & Postdocs is a workshop series aiming to provide early career researchers with tips, tools, and best practices across the research lifecycle as well as prepare students for life beyond school.
