Student/Life Balance

Sometimes it feels like studies can be all consuming, leaving little room for life, sometimes life feels all consuming, leaving little room for studies. It can be tricky to find balance in both of these aspects of yourself. This workshop presented by Katey Parsons  (Clinical Outreach Coordinator, Counseling Center) will provide strategies to nourish your whole self and manage the stressors that come with busyness.

This workshop is part of the Career Toolkit for Graduate Students workshop series. Career Toolkit for Graduate Students & Postdocs is a workshop series aiming to provide early career researchers with tips, tools, and best practices across the research lifecycle as well as prepare students for life beyond school.
