Mindful Mondays

Join MINDFUL MONDAYS...@ 3:00-3:30pm MT

 

What is mindfulness again? It's paying attention to your present moment experiences with openness, curiosity, and a willingness to be with what is. It's a great way to boost your concentration, feel more engaged in your life, and manage stressful experiences with greater ease. 

The group is facilitated from a secular, evidence-based perspective and incorporates relevant research whenever possible. Facilitators include faculty, staff, and students. Here’s what to expect each week:
-Short introduction to that day's topic 
-15 - 20 minute guided mindfulness meditation 
-Brief check-in

Whether you're brand new to meditation or mindfulness or already have an established practice, we'd love to have you! All Mines students, faculty and staff are welcome – come as you are!
